I am a big Dole Whip fan, not a junkie but a fan. They are cold, refreshing and when in a float with pineapple juice, it’s a home run. So, here at Epcot’s Food and Wine Festival I figured I’d grab this new spin on the Dole whip here at the Refreshment Port.

The ice cream was exactly what I expected. It was delicious. There were definitely pros and cons. First, I was eating it from the top down as you’d expect and suddenly realized that I was not tasting alcohol. The alcohol was at the bottom of the cup. So, I scooped some from the bottom so I could taste both. It was good. Now, I am not a huge fan of chocolate alcohol because it tastes like fake chocolate. I am a big, big, chocolate fan, so you know.

The flavors of the Creme and the Dole Whip worked well together so its worth a taste if you are looking for something different from the classic. As for myself, I will stick to the pineapple float.
